Send Log Files to Support

You will need to enter the Terminal commands to obtain a console log with Boot Runner related events. 

Please open Terminal and enter: 

sudo syslog -c 0 -d

You will need to enter your administrator password. 

1. After doing this, please log off your current user account to view the Boot Runner screen. 

2. Log back into your Mac account. 

3. Open Console 

4. Filter for "Boot Runner" in the search menu within Console

5. Visit File -> Save a Copy As (from the Console application menu), to save a copy of the console log file to the desktop. 

Please then send that console log file to support@twocanoes.com 

After the next reboot, everything will go back to the normal logging level.
